RETURN POLICY

HI OCTANE JEWELRY’S RETURN POLICY – 
All of our jewelry is made to order, your piece of jewelry was made to the size you specified at the time of order. We do our best to make sure your piece is made to that specific size. If the ring or piece of jewelry is incorrect or wrong. You can send the piece back to us and we will resize the piece to the size needed. 
We do not do returns we will only credit you store credit or except an exchange in style or design.

Most of our rings bands are on the wider size, so when you get sized tell the sizer that you are purchasing a wide style band. This translates to your ring may need to be a hair larger than you thought. Wide ring bands can take time for your finger to adjust too. Our Downloadable ring sizer is here 

Make sure when wearing jewelry regularly you wash your hands and dry your fingers under your rings. If you do not do this you may develop a rash. This is typically the reason if your jewelry is bothering your skin. 

Our Sterling Silver Jewelry is made of .925 Sterling Silver. 

If you purchased a Sterling Silver Ring most jewelers can resize a ring slightly by stretching or by tradition methods of soldering.  Most will do this for a minimal charge.  You can try this first if you live far away from us. 

All of our jewelry has a Lifetime Guarantee. So if something happens to it just send it back and we will fix it or replace it with the same piece.  No Charge. If you are out of the US. There will be a charge for shipping. 

If you have purchased at White bronze or Gold Bronze ring and want to upgrade your piece to Sterling Silver, just send the piece back to our studio and we will credit your piece towards the purchase of a sterling silver piece. 

If at anytime you want to upgrade your Sterling Silver Design to Gold or Platinum, just send the piece back to our studio and we will credit your piece towards the purchase of the new ring.
